Privacy policy

MPX ENGINE SAS pays particular attention to protecting data — it is at the heart of what we do. This page describes, transparently, the data collected through this site, how it is used and what your rights are.

For European markets, the data controller is MPX ENGINE SAS, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. The provisions below apply to visitors and data falling under Europe.

MPX ENGINE SAS, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Contact for any question relating to personal data: contact@mpxengine.com.

This site collects a minimum of data, in three cases only:

1. Booking a meeting (Calendly). When you book the 15-minute call offered at the end of the “Let's talk about your quotes” questionnaire, you provide: last name, first name, business email, company, role; your questionnaire answers accompany your booking. This data is used solely to organize, prepare and follow up your meeting (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request — art. 6.1.b GDPR). It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

2. Contact emails. If you write to us directly, the data contained in your message (identity, contact details, content) is used exclusively to handle and answer your request (legal basis: legitimate interest — art. 6.1.f GDPR).

3. Cookieless audience measurement. The site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, audience and performance measurement tools without cookies or persistent trackers: no individual identifier is stored on your device, the data is aggregated and cannot track you from one site to another (legal basis: legitimate interest — art. 6.1.f GDPR).

The “Let's talk about your quotes” questionnaire is measured anonymously: we count the steps completed and the answers chosen, without cookies and without any data that could identify you, in order to improve the experience.

The site sets no advertising cookie and carries out no profiling.

Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States) handles meeting booking. The Calendly module loads only after your explicit click at the end of the “Let's talk about your quotes” questionnaire: no data is transmitted to Calendly until you activate the module. By activating it, you consent to loading this third-party service, which may set its own cookies as part of its operation. Calendly processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy; transfers outside the European Union are governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the site and acts as a processor in that capacity. Technical connection logs (including the IP address) may be processed for security and proper operation of the service, for limited periods. Only browsing data is involved: no technical business data — drawings, bills of materials, prices, machining times — passes through this site. As hosting is provided from the United States, transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses set out in the data processing agreement entered into with Vercel Inc.

Fonts are self-hosted: browsing the site triggers no request to third-party font services (Google Fonts or other).

  • Meeting booking data and commercial exchanges: 3 years after your last contact.
  • Contact emails with no commercial follow-up: 1 year after the request is handled.
  • Hosting technical logs: periods defined by the host, for security purposes (order of magnitude: 12 months maximum).
  • Audience measurement data: aggregated and anonymous from collection.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability over your personal data.

To exercise these rights: write to contact@mpxengine.com or by mail to MPX ENGINE SAS, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris. A reply will be provided within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). MPX ENGINE SAS implements technical and organizational measures proportionate to protecting the data processed via this site.

For visitors and data falling under the United States and Canada, the responsible entity is MPX BOOSTER LLC (7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States). The minimization principles described above apply equally; the following provisions set out the North American framework.

The same data as described for Europe is collected: meeting booking information (Calendly), contact emails, and aggregated cookieless audience measurement. MPX BOOSTER LLC does not sell your personal data and does not share it for advertising purposes.

For the activities of MPX BOOSTER LLC, this document is governed by the law of the State of Florida (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights granted by the laws of your state or province of residence.

For any question relating to your personal data: contact@mpxengine.com, or by mail to MPX BOOSTER LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA.

Data protection officer (North America): Alexandre Barbier — alex.barbier@mpxbooster.com.
